摘  要:平煤一矿北三风井在解冻后壁后注浆的过程中,在井筒591 m处,北偏西23°方位,井壁压裂形成直径约0.6 m的孔洞,最大涌水量达到300 m3/h,并伴随碎石及黄泥涌出现象,造成井筒被淹。采用的治理过程为:构筑水下止浆垫→利用原冻结孔割管注浆→以止浆垫为平台进行检查及补充注浆→施工垫下卸压孔→破除止浆垫,在破垫的过程中边进行壁后探测及补注→在井壁破裂严重的段,构筑内层井壁。通过上述一系列的治理措施,最终安全揭露破裂涌水点,井壁得到有效加固,井壁残余渗水也得到有效控制。In the process of grouting behind segment after unfreeze at north-third air shaft in Pingdingshan coal mine,the wall was fractured and form a hole with diameter of about 0. 6 m in the depth of 591 m and west of due north of 23°,the largest water inflow was 300 m3/ h,with rubble and yellow phenomenon,which caused flooding of wellbore. The governance process was: construct underwater pulp pad→cut tube grouting using the original freezing hole→complement grouting on the pulp pad→pressure relief hole construction→break pulp pad,and detected and recharged at the same tine→construct the inner wall where the wall broken serious. Through the above series of control measures,the burst water point was reveal safely,the wall was reinforced effectively,and residual water seepage on the wall ws also controled effective.
