摘 要:为了对首采工作面上覆岩沿走向、倾向和煤层上部区域在采动影响下的应力场有直观地认识,基于FLAC3D软件模拟五轮山煤矿1801首采面上覆岩沿走向、倾向和煤层上部30 m处在采动影响下的应力场演化特征,结果表明:随着采面的推进,沿走向和倾向应力分布形态呈现梯形,煤层上部30 m处应力分布呈现椭圆形圆圈,得出"两带"位于卸压区内且最大高度位于开采煤层上部40 m处,结合经验公式和钻孔电视法对"两带"高度进行验证确定。针对采煤时上隅角瓦斯浓度频繁超限问题,结合"两带"高度在1801回风顺槽布置高位钻孔对采空区瓦斯进行优化治理,瓦斯浓度超限次数明显减少。因此了解采面的应力场演化特征对于顶板管理、水害及瓦斯等灾害防治极其重要。In order for the first mining face overlying rock's stress field have an visual recognition along the strike,tendency and the upper area of coal under the mining effect,based on FLAC3 D to simulate the Wulun-shan coal mine 1801 first mining face's overlying rock along the strike,tendency and upper 30 m area of coal seam under the mining effect for the stress field evolution characteristics,the results show that as the mining face to advance,stress distribution show the trapezoid along the strike and tendency,and the upper 30 m area of coal seam show oval's circle to the stress field distribution. It is concluded that two zones is located in the unloading zone and the maximum height of two zones is located at 40 m upper mining coal seam,combining empirical formula and the method of borehole television can be determined for the two zones' height. Aiming at the problem of gas density in upper corner frequently overrun in coal mining,combining with the two zones' height in the 1801 return air's tunnel the high position borehole were arranged to optimize the gas control in goaf,and the number times of gas density overrun decreased significantly. Therefore understanding the mining face's stress field evolution characteristics for the strata control,and gas disaster prevention and control of water disasters is extremely important.
