摘 要:深入研究矿用防坠器结构特点和性能要求,建立三维模型,采用ANSYS结构性能分析方法,模拟并获取了矿用防坠器的应力分布数据,找出其危险截面位置,提出了结构性能优化,对矿用防坠器的结构进行了完善,增强了薄弱部位的强度。为进一步分析矿用防坠器的结构强度和优化设计提供了理论依据。According to performance requirement and structural features of the mine parachute,the finite element structural analysis method was used to obtain the stress distribution based on 3D medeling with SolidWorks and structure performance analysis with ANSYS. And then,dangerous section of the mine parachute was found out to be located in the intersection of fork rod and fixed support plate,and some improvement were presented to optimize the structure and performance. Then,according to the mechanical characteristics of the mine parachute,the local structure of the mine parachute was adjusted,thus the strength of the mine parachute was reinforced. The analysis provided theoretical basis for further analysis of the structural strength and the optimization design of the mine parachute.
