摘  要:常村煤矿毛煤中大块矸石含量较大,为了节约矸石提升及地面处理成本,提高煤炭有效运量,开展了井下煤矸石分选工艺设计。分析了煤质,提出了大块煤动筛跳汰分选+煤泥沉淀压滤的分选工艺,开展了主要工艺设备选型。该工艺具有可行性,有利于提高常村煤矿的经济效益和社会效益。Many large lump gangues are contained in run-of-mine coal of Changcun coal mine. To decrease the hoisting and treatment cost of gangue and increase the coal yield,the design of underground coal-gangue separation process was performed. The coal properties were analyzed. A separation process,which consists of large lump coal separation using movable sieve jig and coal slime recovery using settlement tank and filter press,was proposed. The equipment selection was performed. The separation process is feasible and can increase the social and economic benefit of Changcun coal mine.
