新型在线测灰仪在涡北选煤厂的应用研究

摘　　要：指出了传统灰分检测法存在的弊端,介绍了新型ZZ-89D型在线测灰仪的工作原理、特点及该设备在涡北选煤厂的应用情况。通过对在线测灰仪在实际应用中使用效果的跟踪分析,找出了制约在线测灰仪检测效果的因素,并进行了适当改造。实践表明,ZZ-89D型在线测灰仪达到了指导生产、增质提效的目的。Disadvantages of traditional ash testing method are pointed out,and an account is given about the working principles,characteristics and application of the ZZ-89 D on line ash analyzer in Guobei Coal Preparation Plant. The factors restricting on-line ash analyzer detection effect are found out by tracking and analyzing the practical application effect of the on-line ash analyzer. Then some equipments are transformed. Practice shows that the application of ZZ-89 D on-line ash analyzer in Guobei Coal Preparation Plant achieves the purpose of guiding production,improving quality and efficiency.
