摘　　要：目的:通过对终末期肾病血液透析和腹膜透析进行预算影响分析,提出最优透析服务提供模式的建议。方法:在成本测算和患者调查结果基础上,使用卫生经济学方法对全国终末期肾病透析治疗患者费用进行预算影响分析。结果:通过调整血液透析和腹膜透析方式,增加腹透比例,可以在很大程度提高医保资金的使用效率、减轻患者疾病经济负担。结论:在我国合理推进腹膜透析的利用,是一种经济可行的方式。Objective:To provide budget effect analysis on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis for end-stage nephropathy,pro-vide suggestion for top dialysis service providing mode.Methods:Based on the data of dialysis cost calculation and the result of pa-tients survey,using health economic methods to perform the budget impact analysis on the expenditure of patients with end-stage ne-phropathy taking dialysis.Results:Through adjusting the methods of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis,improving the peritonealdialysis proportion could largely improve the usage efficiency of the medical insurance fund and reduce the economic burden of thepatients.Conclusion:It is an economic and feasible way to promote peritoneal dialysis in China
