摘　　要：英国卫生服务支付制度随着其服务体系的改革不断发生变革,其中的一些成功经验值得我国医保支付制度借鉴。文章总结了近年来英国卫生服务支付制度在组织管理方面的改革,分析了其对初级卫生保健服务、社区卫生服务和医院服务支付方式的具体做法,并对我国医保支付制度存在的问题进行了思考,并提出了相应的对策建议。Provider payment system in the UK kept changing along with the National Health Service(NHS) reform in recent years.Some successful experiences were worth for providing references for China medical insurance payment system. It summarized the re-form of organization and management under NHS payment system in recent years, analyzed its specific practices on primary healthcare service, community health service and hospital service payment, considered the existing problems in China medical insurancepayment system and provided relative suggestion.
