摘　　要：大学学习指导是帮助学生解决学习问题、引导学生和谐发展、提升教育质量的有效举措。从我国高校学生工作固有模式的局限、社会工作自身的特点出发,大学学习指导应借鉴社会工作的相关理念和方法,通过社会工作的嵌入,并加强相关制度、专业人员、指导平台等保障机制的建设,从而促进学习指导的嵌入性发展,更好地实现自身的目的与功能。Academic advising was an important measure to help students solve the learning problems,to promote students' development,and to improve education quality.Based on the limitation of students' affairs working-pattern and the characteristics of social work,it put forward the idea that academic advising should use the experience of social work.With the embedment of social work,it would advance the embedded development of academic advising through the construction of the guarantee mechanism of regulations,professionals and advising center,to realize its objects and functions.
