新常态下大学文化建设的思考——基于文化自觉的视角

摘　　要：新常态下的文化建设是一个文化自觉的过程,包括对文化在历史进步中地位作用的深刻认识,对文化发展规律的正确把握,对发展文化历史责任的主动担当。对于大学而言,也就是自觉认识大学文化在大学和社会发展中的作用,自觉把握大学文化建设的规律,自觉担当大学文化发展的责任。唯有如此,才能完整而全面地理解大学文化自觉,真正实现新常态下的大学文化自觉。The cultural construction is a process of cultural self-consciousness under the new normal,it means not only an insight of the important role culture played in the process of history and an appropriate grasp of cultural law,but also an active historical responsibility to develop culture.When it comes to the modern university,it means understanding the role which university culture should play in the development of the whole society and university itself,grasping the law of university culture construction,and also bearing the responsibility.Only in this way,could cultural self-consciousness of universities be totally understood in a comprehensive way,and be truly fulfilled or achieved under the new normal.
