摘 要:针对养猪废水有机物、氨氮浓度高,水质波动范围大,水力冲击负荷强,常规工艺难以处理达标等水质特点,广东某规模化猪厂采用EOM(EGSB+生物接触氧化池+MBR)工艺进行处理,调试运行结果表明:该组合工艺处理效果良好,COD、BOD、氨氮和SS去除率分别达到95.98%、91.61%、90.78%和92.02%,出水水质优于广东省地方标准DB 44/613—2009《禽畜养殖业污染物排放标准》。Piggery wastewater,with a high concentration of organic matters and NH3-N,a wide water quality variation range,and a higher hydraulic loading,is usually hard to get thouroughly treated. According to the characteristics of the piggery wastewater,a combined process of EOM( EGSB + Bio-contact oxidation pond + MBR) was selected by a large scale pig manure in Guangdong Province to treat the piggery wastewater. The final results showed that the combined process worked well,and the removal rates of COD,BOD5,ammonia and SS reach 95. 98%,91. 61%,90. 78% and 92. 02%,water quality of the effluent is superior to provincial standard 'Livestock Breeding Industry Emission Standards'( DB 44 /613—2009).
