摘　　要：目前成庄矿密闭墙大多采用挂金属网喷浆工艺,喷浆厚度在1.0-1.5 m,单纯用铜锤很难启封,但借助风镐等其他机具,则容易产生火花,增大瓦斯事故发生的可能性。结合矿井实际,借助抽放系统改进了瓦斯排放工艺,实现了高瓦斯区域低瓦斯启封。At present,mostly closed wall is built by hanging metal mesh and shotcreting in Chengzhuang coal mine. The shotcrete thickness between 1 meters to 1. 5 meters,so unsealing the wall is very difficult by simply using a copper,but with picks and other equipment unsealing the wall,is easy to produce the spark,which increases the possibility of gas accidents. To unseal the wall in low gas areas,improved the gas discharge process using drainage system.
