摘 要:以山西高灰无烟煤为原料,煤直接液化残渣为主要黏结剂制备适用于加压气化的型煤。实验结果表明:随着成形压力增大,型煤抗压强度升高;但成形压力高于临界压力后,煤颗粒被压溃,型煤抗压强度降低。粗粒度粉煤(7-20目)制备的型煤机械性能较差,主要原因是较大煤颗粒间缺少细粒度煤粉填充,并且大颗粒易产生二次破碎。煤直接液化残渣黏结剂的添加,使得型煤表面朵状胶质体结焦增多,包裹煤颗粒的表面并填充在空隙中,使型煤抗压强度、防水性能等均提高。Briquettes for the pressurized gasification were prepared using typical high ash content anthracite as the raw material and the coal liquefaction residue( CLR) as the primary binder. Results demonstrated that the compressive strength of as-prepared briquettes gradually increased with the increasing of molding pressure; nevertheless,the compressive strength decreased after the pressure over the critical point,due mainly to the collapse of coal particles under overload. Likely,the briquette prepared using larger particle exhibited poor mechanical performance,because the less mosaic texture in briquette and secondary breaking of coal particles. The blending of CLR formed the plastic mass on the briquette surface,which packed into the space and agglomerated the coal particles. The performances of as-prepared briquettes were improved by such processing.
