摘  要:生产过程中经常发生末精煤灰分高及浮选尾矿跑粗问题,分析发现主要由于煤质变化使原有粗煤泥分选工艺分级和脱泥效果不理想造成。提出了多段式逐步分级的新思路,将分级过程分为多段完成,利用分级筛回收溢流中夹带的粗颗粒。同时改变精煤脱泥筛安装倾角,并增大筛面喷水量,保证脱泥效果。The problems of concentrate entrainment in flotation tailings and high- ash of the fine clean coal often occurs,it was found on analysis the major cause was that the effect of classifying and desliming was not satisfactory in the original coarse coal slime separation process due to the changes of raw coal. A new thinking of multistage- gradual classification was put forward,which divided the classification process into several sections. A grading sieve was used to recycle the coarse particles contained in overflow. Meanwhile,the screen was transformed to ensure the desliming quality by changing the installation angle and increasing the screen spray water.
