高应力破碎围岩条件下钻场二次支护技术

摘  要:为了解决高应力破碎围岩条件下钻场支护问题,对赵固二矿11021上顺槽钻场进行了围岩移动规律研究,结果表明:一次强力支护未能达到良好支护效果。通过对原有支护材料和支护方式分析,认为具有大延伸率的对接长锚杆更能适应围岩变形,据此,提出了采用对接长锚杆的二次支护技术。在赵固二矿钻场的工业性试验也表明,使用二次支护技术后,钻场顶板下沉量和两帮移近量在一次支护期间都被控制在了允许的范围内,二次支护期间围岩进一步趋于平衡,采用对接长锚杆进行钻场二次支护的新技术取得了良好的效果。In order to solve the problem of support technology at high-stress drilling field with fractured surrounding rocks, research on deformation law of surrounding rock has been conducted at drilling field in 11021 crossheading of Zhaogu No.2 mine,and the result indicates that strong supporting fails to play a good supporting effect. On the analysis of original support material and methods, it indicates that the long anchor bolt with high elongation is more adaptable to the surrounding rock deformation and the secondary support technology with long anchor bolt is presented accordingly. The industrial experiment at drilling field of Zhaogu No.2 mine shows that by using secondary support technology, the roof subsidence and wall displacement are controlled in the accepted range in the first support period. In addition, surrording rocks are becoming more balanced in secondary support period. So secondary support technology with long anchor bolt succeeds to play a good supporting effect.
