高压注浆对钻孔质量的影响因素分析

摘　　要：高压注浆常用于封堵测压钻孔围岩裂隙。针对测压钻孔在高压注浆后气室遇水问题,分析了高压注浆对钻孔质量的主要影响因素,水泥浆的配比和注浆参数对钻孔质量有很大影响。确定了水泥浆的最佳配比和主要的注浆参数包括注浆压力、注浆量,并在义络矿得到应用,得到了良好的结果。High pressure grouting always used in plugging drilling rock fracture. Because of borehole was leaked after high pressure grouting. Analyzes the main factors of high pressure grouting effect.Cement proportioning and grouting parameters have great influence on the quality of the drilling. To determine the best ratio of cement and grouting parameters which mainly consist of the grouting pressure, grouting amount. Application of the best ratio of cement and grouting parameters in Yiluo mine, good results were obtained.
