摘  要:针对故障树分析法在采煤机可靠性评估中的局限性,将贝叶斯网络与故障树分析法相结合,不仅能计算出采煤机系统的可靠性指标,还能计算出在系统故障时各个元件故障的条件概率。运用贝叶斯网络的正反推理性,可以给出某个部件对系统可靠性的影响程度,进而找到采煤机系统可靠性的薄弱环节,为采煤机的可靠性设计提供理论依据。For the limitations of fault tree analysis in the reliability assessment of shearer, if Bayesian network and fault tree analysis were combined,can not only calculate the reliability indices of shearer system, but also the conditional probability of failure of each component at the time of system failure.Pros and cons of using Bayesian network inference can give the extent of the impacting of one part of the system to the reliability,and then find out the weak links of Shearer system reliability,providing a theoretical basis for the reliability designs of shearer.
