摘 要:通过ANSYS对振动筛浮动筛框柔化处理后,在ADAMS中进行振动筛的刚柔耦合仿真并获取筛帮的载荷历程。对筛帮进行有限元静力学分析,得到危险部位的应力结果。根据筛帮材料的特点,绘制S-N曲线。结合筛帮的载荷历程、有限元分析结果和材料的S-N曲线对其进行疲劳寿命计算。分析结果表明筛帮两侧与支撑部件连接的安装孔是疲劳破坏的危险处,筛帮的疲劳寿命满足振动筛疲劳极限的设计要求。After the floating screen frame is soften with ANSYS,the rigid-flexible coupling simulation is conducted in the ADAMS, and the load-time-history of the lateral plate is obtained. The result of stress of the dangerous position is got by finite element statics analysis on the lateral plate. S-N curve is drawn according to the characteristics of material of the lateral plate. The fatigue life calculation of lateral plate is conducted by combing with its load-time-history, finite element analysis result and S-N curve. The analysis results show that the mounting holes on both sides of the lateral plate connected with support components are the dangerous positions of fatigue damage, the fatigue life of the lateral plate meet the design requirements of the fatigue limit of the vibrating screen.
