摘 要:针对上湾塔矿1-2煤开采世界首个8.5 m采高工作面的工程背景,利用现场实测计算和ANSYS数值模拟的手段,对12401首采面的直接顶、基本顶初次与周期来压步距参数进行预测,由于特大采高工作面断块存在大回转空间的问题,着重进行冲击动载的研究,结合模拟数据对支架与围岩作用关系进行分析,得出了采高与顶底板移近量的回归公式,最后对8.5 m支架的支护强度、工作阻力参数进行确定,研究结果对神东矿区后续支架的选型和围岩控制提供了借鉴与参考。Taking the actual conditions of the first 8.5 m height mining face on seam 1-2 in Shangwan coal mine, by using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field observation, the step distances of the immediate roof and main roof fell down initially or periodically are forecasted in 12401 mining face.Impact of dynamic load is focused on, for the problem of large swing space of the block in special large mining height working face. Effect relationship between support and surrounding rock is analyzed combined with analog data, and the return confession of mining and shift amount is obtained.Supporting intensity and resistance of 8.5 m support are determined finally. The research results offer reference for selection of support and controlling of surrounding rocks in Shendong mining area.
