望峰岗选煤厂浮选药剂选择试验研究

摘　　要：针对望峰岗选煤厂的煤泥性质,使用3种新型捕收剂,现用的柴油捕收剂和起泡剂分别做浮选药剂选择试验和浮选条件选择试验。以精煤产率和浮选完善指标为效果评定指标对浮选结果进行综合对比分析,分别确定了最佳的药剂组合、药剂用量、浮选充气量、浮选入料浓度、分段加药量和分段加药时间,为望峰岗选煤厂煤泥浮选提供参考意见。For the coal slime properties of the Wangfenggang coal preparation plant, using three kinds of new type collector, current diesel collecting agent and foaming agent, respectively doing flotation reagent selection test and flotation condition selection experiment. Using the clean coal yield and the flotation perfect indicators for effect evaluation index, synthesis analysis on the flotation results,Respectively, to determine the best combination of medicine, the pharmacy dosage amount, the aeration,the flotation feed concentration, the segmented dosage and the piecewise dosing time, provides some reference opinions of the Wangfenggang coal preparation plant's coal slime flotation.
