摘　　要：以某60万t焦化厂的输煤自控系统为项目背景,设计了基于S7-300 PLC软冗余技术和Win CC平台下的煤炭运输系统控制方案。实际应用说明本套系统满足所需控制要求,提高了生产效率,为焦化厂取得了良好的经济效益。Based on the background of the coal handling control system of the project of 600 000 tons' coking coal,design the coal handling control system on the base of the Siemens S7-300 PLC soft redundancy technology and WinCC. The actual application shows that the system satisfies the control demands and enhances productivity. The coking plant has obtained the well economic benefits.
