摘  要:针对MG650/1620-WD型采煤机整机有电时,泵电机无法启动的故障,建立其故障树模型,并利用MATLAB作为可靠性分析平台,定量分析各个故障发生概率、不可用度和不可靠度等参数。根据分析结果,改进故障发生概率高的电气模块,以提高系统整体可靠性。When shearer is powered on, shearer pump always is failed to start. Fault tree model is established in view of this situation. Probability, unavailability and unreliability of every fault event are quantitatively researched by MATAB, which is used as analysis platform for system reliability. At the same time, analysis results are discussed in this paper and used to improve performance of electrical modules, which are high failure rate. As a result, the overall system reliability is improved.
