摘  要:为更好地实现对镍氢电池组的管理,设计以ATmega16为核心的镍氢电池组管理系统。该系统不仅实现对各节电池的当前工作电压电流、电池组充放电电压电流及电池组温度的采集;同时为防止电池组被过充或过放,结合PWM调压和限制电流方法实现对电池组的充放电管理;并利用电压电流估算剩余电量;采用Modbus RS-485通信方式实现上位机与管理终端的双向通信。试验结果验证该镍氢电池组管理方法的可行性。In order to manage the NIMH battery group effectively, designing the Ni MH battery group management system based on ATmega16, which not only collects the working voltage and current of each battery, the charging and discharging voltage and current of battery group, as well as battery temperature. At the same time, in order to prevent the battery being overcharged or overdischarged,proposed the method of PWM regulator and current limitation to implement the management of charging and discharging, then the residual capacity is estimated by using voltage and current. The two-way communication between the upper monitor and the management terminal is achieved by adopting Modbus RS-485 communication mode. Experimental results verify the feasibility of the management system of NIMH battery group.
