摘 要:大倾角液压支架底调机构是实现调节架间位置关系的重要机构。大倾角煤层开采时支架与围岩系统的不稳定导致支架稳定性降低,支架易倾倒、下滑,需要利用底调机构及时调整支架间的位置关系,维持支护系统稳定。底调机构设计的合理与否,将直接影响调架功能。通过改进底调机构实现对工作面支架的防倒、防滑,增强支架在大倾角工作面的稳定性和适用性。The steeply dipping powered support base adjust mechanism is the important mechanism to adjust powered supports position relation.Support and surrounding rocks are unstable in steeply dipping coal seam mining cause powered support stability decreased,supports are easily toppling and sliding,it is necessary to use base adjust mechanism to adjust supports position relation immediately to maintain the stability of support system.Whether the design of base adjust mechanism is right or not,the adjust support function will be effected directly.By improving the base adjust mechanism to realize active anti-toppling and anti-sliding and enhance support stability and suitability in steeply dipping working face.
