摘 要:为解决我国炼焦用煤资源短缺问题,提高稀缺煤种回收率和利用率,以某炼焦煤选煤厂重介中煤为研究对象,对其进行不同粒度破碎解离试验,TBS分选效果预测和分步释放浮选试验。结果表明:炼焦煤选煤厂根据自身特点选择合适的解离粒度和分选工艺进行中煤再选可以增加精煤产率,提高中煤利用率,具有很高的经济效益和社会效益。In order to solve the shortage problem of coking coal resources in China and to improve the coal recovery and utilization efficiency,taking the dense medium middlings from a Coking Coal Preparation Plant as the study object.Experiments of crushing with different particle size and progressive released flotation experiment were conducted,and the separation effect of TBS was also predicted.The results showed that selecting suitable liberation particle size and separation process based on the Plants' characteristics to re-prepare middlings could increase the yield of clean coal and improve the utilization efficiency of middlings,providing great economic and social benefits.
