大采高综采面运输巷超前支架应用分析

摘　　要：为了解决红柳林煤矿传统的单体液压支柱已经不适合大采高综采工作面运输巷超前支护的技术问题,通过理论计算和现场调研设计制造了ZLJ2X1960/32/46型自移式超前支架,并介绍了超前支架的主要结构和操作流程。In order to solve the technical problem that traditional single hydraulic props don't meet the demad of ahead support in fully-mechanized face haulage roadway under large mining height in Hongliulin coal mine,ZLJ2X1960/32/46 self-moving ahead support are made on the basis of theoretical calculation and site investigation. Furthermore, main structure and operation process of the support is also introduced.
