摘 要:针对下行通风综采面遗煤自燃问题,以某矿为例,通过理论分析,确定了遗煤自燃影响因素及易燃危险区域,并对易燃危险区域实施多点观测,识别了易燃危险区域的遗煤氧化环境,提出了辅运巷埋管注氮、胶运巷埋管注浆、回风巷埋管注氮的综合防灭火措施。经检验,该措施不仅能够有效地防治瓦斯积聚,且能有效地防止遗煤自燃。In view of problems about residual coal spontaneous combustion in fully mechanized coal face of downward ventilation, taking some mine as an example, through the theoretical analysis, the influencing factors of residual coal spontaneous combustion and the flammable dangerous regions were determined. Then multipoint observations in flammable hazardous area were made, and the left coal oxidation environment of flammable dangerous regions were identified. Finally, comprehensive fire prevention measures were put forward as follows: nitrogen injection with buried pipe at the auxiliary transportation roadway, grouting with buried pipe at intake airflow roadway, nitrogen injection with buried pipe at return airway. After inspection, the measures can not only effectively control gas accumulation, but also can effectively prevent the residual coal spontaneous combustion.
