摘 要:发热量是动力煤主要计价指标;对于单一矿区的煤,可通过测量煤炭灰分、水分预测发热量。但配煤入洗时煤质特性不均一,难以简单地建立模型预测。本文基于配煤入洗中的发热量可加性原则,分别建立单一煤炭的发热量预测模型,然后根据配煤比例加权平均获得最终公式,从而利用灰分、水分等指标预测配煤产品发热量。Calorificvalue determines the price of steam coal. The value can be predicted by product ash and moisture for coal from a single minebecause other affecting values like the mineral content changes little. However, for coal blending coal preparation plant where the coal quality changes greatly, the calorificvalue would not be able to be predicted by a single formula. To tackle this problem, a new method based on the weightedaverage addition of coal calorificvalue is introduced to predict the value in coal blending coal preparation plant. In this method, the predictionmodel of single coal is obtained firstly, then a final formula of different coal is got by weighted average calculation. Therefore the calorific value of coal would be predicted using the ash and moisture content of coal.
