摘  要:应用摩擦电选技术对灰分10.92%,粒度<175μmm的黑龙江双鸭山煤进行了试验研究,得到了显著分选效果。同时试验结果表明,入料粒度是影响摩擦电选分选效果的重要因素:随粒度的减小,各样品的灰分均先逐渐减少然后逐渐增加,产率随粒度的增大先增加后减少,符合破碎分布规律,粒度<83μm的筛下累计产率均>70%,分选效果保持在较高水平;随粒度的减少,脱灰率持续升高,可以达到67.23%,煤粉粒度越小,其荷电荷质比越大,煤与矿物质越容易分离,摩擦电选的分选效果也就越好。The Tribo-electrostatic beneficiation experiment on the coal of Shuangyashan in Heilongjiang Province, which the ash at 10.92% and the particle size is less than 175 μm, get a significant separation effect : The experimental result shows that feed size is important factor for separation effect of triboelectrostatic beneficiation: with decreasing particle size, the ash of all the coals decrease firstly and then increase. The yield increase firstly and then decrease, this phenomenon conforms to the distribution law of broken,cumulative undersize yields of the particle size which less than 83 μm is more than 70%, and separation effect maintains high level;Wi th decreasing of particle size, de-ash rate continues to rise, it can be up to 67.23%.the less particle size, the greater the charge-to-mass ratio, the easier separate between the coal and minerals, and the better separation effect of tribo-electrostatic beneficiation.
