摘　　要：主要从大型国有煤炭企业目前存在的主要财务管理上的问题出发,分析问题产生的原因,并提出合理的对策建议。旨在为我国大型国有煤炭企业更加科学合理的发展提供有效建议。From the issue of large state-owned coal enterprises currently exist on key financial management, analyzes the causes of the problem and to make reasonable suggestions. Hope it is helpful for China′ s large state-owned coal enterprises to be more scientific and rational development of effective proposals.
