新疆哈萨克族血清钙/钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅳ水平与原发性高血压的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨新疆哈萨克族血清钙/钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅳ(Ca MKⅣ)水平与原发性高血压的关系。方法选择新疆地区哈萨克族人群居住较为固定的旱卡子乡,纳入原发性高血压患者70例,血压正常者65例,收集纳入者一般资料,测定血脂等一般生物化学指标,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测血清Ca MKⅣ水平。结果原发性高血压患者血清Ca MKⅣ水平明显低于血压正常者(P<0.01);两组血清Ca MKⅣ水平与总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均无相关性(P>0.05);血压正常组血清Ca MKⅣ水平与收缩压、舒张压水平无相关性(P>0.05);原发性高血压组血清Ca MKⅣ水平与收缩压、舒张压水平呈负相关,且与后者相关性更加明显(r分别为-0.291、-0.381,P<0.05);进一步把原发性高血压组以舒张压=100 mm Hg为界分为两组,血清Ca MKⅣ水平与舒张压≥100 mm Hg的相关性更加明显(r=-0.411,P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示血清Ca MKⅣ是高血压的保护因素(OR值为0.930,95%CI为0.909~0.952)。结论血清Ca MKⅣ水平与新疆哈萨克族原发性高血压呈负相关,且不受高血压传统的危险因素影响,是原发性高血压的独立影响因素。Aim To study the relationship between Ca2 +/ calmodulin-dependent protein kinase Ⅳ( Ca MKⅣ) in Xinjiang Kazakh populations and patients with essential hypertension( EH). Methods Based on case-control study,70 patients with EH and 65 subjects with normal blood pressure were selected from Hankazi township of Xinjiang where Kazakh people live relatively fixed. By physical examination and questionnaire,basic data and blood samples were collected. Serum Ca MKⅣ level was detected by using double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Serum Ca MKⅣ level in EH group was significantly lower than that in normal blood pressure group( P < 0. 01).There were no correlation between serum Ca MKⅣ and total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol( all P > 0. 05). There were no correlation between serum Ca MKⅣ and systolic blood pressure( SBP),diastolic blood pressure( DBP) in the normal blood pressure group. There were negative correlation with SBP,DBP in EH group,more obviously correlated with the latter( r =- 0. 291,- 0. 381,all P < 0. 05). Ca MKⅣ had more obvious correlation with patients whose diastolic blood pressure was no less than 100 mm Hg( r =- 0. 411,P <0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that higher serum Ca MKⅣ had evidently protective effect to essential hypertension( OR was 0. 930,95% CI was 0. 909 ~ 0. 952). Conclusions Serum Ca MKⅣ has independently negative correlation with EH of Kazakh populations in Xinjiang,and it is an independent factor of EH.
