阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛老年患者疗效及内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛老年患者疗效及内皮功能的影响。方法 120例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组加服阿托伐他汀20 mg,12周为一疗程。治疗前后彩色多普勒血流仪检测血管内皮舒张功能;采集空腹静脉血,检测血脂、一氧化氮,比较临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者血脂指标总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC),血流介导的肱动脉舒张程度及一氧化氮(NO)浓度显著改善(P<0.05),组间均有显著性差异。观察组心绞痛及心电图有效率分别为86.7%和76.7%,也均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛老年患者具有良好的治疗作用,可能与其降低血脂、改善患者内皮功能有关。Aim To explore the impact of atorvastatin on clinical efficiency and endothelial function of aged patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 120 cases with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated by conventional therapy,the observation group received atorvastatin 20 mg additionally. The treatment duration was 12 weeks. Before and after treatment,the endothelial vasodilation function was determined by color Doppler flow imaging,fasting venous blood was collected to detect blood lipid and nitric oxide( NO),the clinical efficiency was compared between the two groups. Results For the observation group,after treatment,the levels of total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDLC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDLC) and NO,the degree of brachial artery flow mediated dilatation improved greatly( P < 0. 05),the clinical efficiency of angina pectoris and cardiograph was 86. 7% and 76. 7%,respectively; there were significant differences between two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Atorvastatin treatment could effectively alleviate the patients with unstable angina pectoris,its treatment effect may be related to the improvement of blood lipid and endothelial function.
