摘　　要：目的:研究中药饮片加成政策对浙江省公立中医医院发展的影响。方法:访谈、问卷调查及文献检索查阅等方法。结果:中药饮片是中医医院的特色和品牌,中药饮片的加成收入是医院收入的重要组成,若中药饮片实行零差率将对中医医院产生重大影响。结论:充分发挥中医特色,规范合理使用中药饮片,逐步降低中药饮片加成甚至实行零差率,同时跟进增加财政补助等相应配套措施。Objective:To study the influence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) decoction pieces addition policy on the de-velopment of the public TCM hospitals in Zhejiang.Methods:The usage of TCM decoction pieces in Zhejiang,the impact of TCMaddition policy on the TCM hospital business income and hospital development.Results:TCM decoction pieces is the characteristicsand brand of TCM hospital,TCM decoction pieces additive income is the important component of hospital income,if the decoctionpieces conducts a zero rate will have a significant impact on TCM hospital.Conclusion:It needs to give full play to the characteris-tics of traditional Chinese medicine,reasonably use TCM decoction pieces,gradually reduce TCM decoction pieces addition or evenconduct zero rate,as well as to follow up corresponding measures such as increasing financial aid.
