摘　　要：经过5年的攻坚克难,我国卫生改革的各项重点工作均取得了阶段性成果,但我们应清醒地认识到在取得成绩的同时所存在的问题,如如何看待"看病难"、公平和效益的关系、医疗集团的弊和利、基本药物制度实施存在的问题和医院的补偿机制等等。只有认清事物的发展规律,齐心协力、攻坚克难,才能开创卫生事业科学发展新局面。After five years of tackling tough, different key work of China health reform received staged achievement. However, itneeded to c'learly recognize that besides the achievement, there also existed problems such how to treat 'difficulty of seeking medi-cal services, the relationship between equality and efficiency, the disadvantages and advantages of medical medicine groups, the ex-isting problems in the implementation of essential medicine system and hospital compensation mechanism, etc. To create a new situa-tion of scientific development, it needed to recognize the development law of things and make a concerted effort to overcome the difficulties.
