摘　　要：分析医疗机构第三方支付的交易模式,提出医疗机构选择依据;分析医疗机构第三方支付业务中存在的风险,提出相应的解决方案。选择合理的支付模式,强化信息化下资金风险控制,以降低医院的交易成本。The transaction mode of the third-party payment in medical institutions was analyzed and the selection references ofmedical institutions were proposed; the existing risk in the third-party payment business of medical institutions was analyzed and theaccording solution was proposed. Choosing the rational payment mode and strengthening the finance risk controlling under the informa-tization so as to reduce the transaction costs of hospitals.
