摘　　要：目的:探寻影响公立医院综合绩效的因素,并据此提出针对性的对策建议。方法:应用系统动力学方法,找出各影响因素的因果关系图,构建系统动力学模型。结果:根据公立医院、政府、社会三个子系统,找出了影响公立医院综合绩效的三方面因素。结论:研究系统动力学模型提出的对策建议,可提升公立医院的综合绩效,为制定医改政策提供理论基础。Objective: To explore the influencing factors of the comprehensive performance of public hospitals, and put forwardspecific countermeasures according the factors.Methods: Using System Dynamics to identify causal graphs of each factor, and thenbuild system dynamics model.Results: Identifying these three aspects of factors that affect the comprehensive performance of publichospitals according to the three subsystems of public hospitals, government and society.Conclusion: The countermeasures put forwardfrom system dynamics model could improve the comprehensive performance of public hospitals and provide the theoretical basis formedical reform policies.
