摘　　要：医疗保健资源的公正分配是不同文化都会面临的一个伦理难题,而解决这一问题显然需要以伦理原则为依据,不同的伦理原则会导致不同文化背景下的医疗制度改革实践上的差异。"功利论"、"契约论"和"女性主义"伦理原则在指导医疗保健资源公正分配问题上有着各自的优势和局限,因而,在追求医疗保健资源公正分配的过程中,需要把这些原则与我国相关的医疗保健制度改革实践整合起来。The question of justice distribution of health care was an ethical dilemma faced by different cultures, and the solutionfor this problem clearly needed to be based on ethical principles. Health care reforms guided by different ethical principles wouldlead to the practices among the different cultural backgrounds. 'Utilitarianism' or 'Contract Theory' and 'Feminism' couldprovide ethical principles for the justice distribution of health care. However, they had their own advantages and limitations. There-fore, in the process of justice distribution for health care, it needed to integrate the pursuits of these ethical principles with the rele-vant Chinese practices.
