摘　　要：目的:分析民营医院发展的强制性制度变迁和诱导性制度变迁路径,为民营医院渐进式改革过程中实现制度均衡提供政策建议。方法:查阅文献回顾民营医院的发展路径,结合制度变迁理论对民营医院的制度变迁现状进行分析。结果:民营医院的制度变迁存在配套制度不完善、路径依赖和利益相关方缺乏积极性等问题仍未能形成有竞争力的市场力量。结论:应强化制度执行力、加强民营医院的行业建设、鼓励民营医院连锁化经营、重视民营医院文化建设以实现民营医院变迁的制度均衡。Objective:To analyze the mandatory system change and the changing path of induced institutional guidance of the pri-vate hospital development and provide politic suggestions to realize system equilibrium in the induced reforming process of privatehospital.Methods:Checking literature to review the development path of private hospitals,institutional change theory was combinedto analyze the current changing status of private hospital system.Results:Imperfect supporting systems,path dependence and stake-holders lacking of enthusiasm were the problems existing in the changing of private hospital system,which could not form competitivemarket forces.Conclusion:It needed to strengthen the system execution,improve the sector construction of primary hospitals,encour-age the chain cooperation of private hospitals,pay attention to the cultural construction of private hospitals,so as to realize the systemequilibrium of private hospital changing.
