摘　　要：我国医疗服务价格体系尚存在一定的问题,如医疗服务价格的结构不合理、相关部门欠缺对医疗服务项目定价的专业能力、管理层级有待进一步完善以及医疗服务价格的调整缺乏时效性。通过探索县级公立医院医疗服务价格的现状及调整过程中存在的问题,构建科学、合理的医疗服务价格体系调整方略。即坚持政府宏观调控与市场调节相结合;通过确定科学、合理的价格指数体系,及时调整并完善医疗服务价格水平和结构。There were certain existing problems in medical service price system of China,such as unreasonable structure of medi-cal service prices,relevant department had insufficient professional ability for pricing the medical service items,layers of manage-ment remained to be further implemented and medical service price were lack of timeliness.Through exploring the current status ofmedical service pricies in county public hospitals and the existing problems in the adjustment process,to construct the adjustmentstrategies of scientific and reasonable medical service price system.That is to say:it needed to adhere to the government macroeconom-ic regulation and combined with the market control;to determine scientific and reasonable price item system,adjust and implementthe level and structure of medical service prices in time.
