摘　　要：目的:回顾胆石症患者手术方式在国内外经济学评价的研究进展,分析目前卫生经济学评价用于手术的现状。方法:通过"中国知网""PUBMED"等数据库检索胆石症手术卫生经济评价相关文献,并进行总结分析,提出作者的观点。结果:搜索到相关文献196篇。结论:亟待更多的卫生经济学评价运用于手术方式的研究。Objective:To review the research progress of foreign and domestic economic evaluation on the surgical procedures forpatients with cholelithiasis and analyze the current situation of present health economic evaluation on surgery.Methods:Through therelevant literature of health economic evaluation for cholelithiasis surgery from databases such as 'CNKI','PUBMED' and etc.,it carried on the summary analysis and put forward the author's point of view.Results:196 references were searched.Conclusion:Itneeded more health economic evaluation applied to study the surgical procedures.
