摘　　要：目的:对医改方案中设计的有关公立医院药事服务费、承担的公共卫生服务及政策性亏损三个方面的补偿标准进行测算,研究相应的补偿机制。方法:运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、统计分析法及案例研究法对四川省样本医院进行研究。结果:分别界定三方面的内涵,根据成本数据建立补偿标准。建议:政府应制定相应的补偿政策,对公立医院药事服务、公共卫生服务、政策性亏损进行补偿。Objective:To estimate financial compensation standards and analyze related mechanism of the designed relative pub-lic hospital pharmaceutical service fees, public health services and policy related losses in medical reform scheme.Methods:Litera-ture method, questionnaire survey method, statistical analysis method and case study method were used to analyze Sichuan samplehospitals.Results:It identified the concepts of the three aspects respectively and established the compensation standard according tothe cost data.Conclusion:The goverment should establish related compensation policy, make compensation for the pharmacy capicityof public hospitals, public health service and policy-related lasses.
