摘　　要：随着医疗保障制度的普遍建立,如何科学地规制医疗服务行业,成为政府关注的一个重要问题。2014年诺贝尔经济学奖得主梯若尔的新规制经济学思想对医疗体制改革和医疗服务监管具有重要参考价值。文章对梯若尔的学术成就及其新规制经济学思想进行简要介绍,并阐述其对医疗服务监管改革的启示。With the universal establishment of medical insurance system,how to scientifically regulate the medical service indus-try had become one of the important problems concerned by the government. Jean Tirole,winner of the 2014 Nobel priza in econom-ics,whose new regulatory economics had important reference values for medical mechnism reform and medical service supervision. Itbriefly introduced Tirole's academic achievements and his theory of new regulatory economics,and then expounded its enlightenmentto the reform of medical service regulation.
