摘　　要：卫生改革是我国政府职责的一项重要内容,强调政府在改革中的主导地位以及医院公益性的回归。目前,我国卫生改革已经进入攻坚克难阶段,各级政府在卫生改革中扮演着不同的角色,解决改革问题的关键在于合理分配各级政府的责任,建立起有效的中央、省、市、县级卫生改革责任分担机制。Health reform was an important content of the government responsibility in China, which emphasized the leading posi-tion of government in the reform and the return of the hospital public welfare. At present, Chinese health reform has entered in a cru-cial grams difficult stage, the government of different levels played different roles in health reform. The key to solve the problem wasthe rational allocation for the responsibility of the governments of different levels and the establishment of responsibility share system.
