摘　　要：目的:恰当运用数据包络分析(DEA)对哈尔滨市社区卫生服务中心进行效率评价,以期对哈尔滨市社区卫生服务中心的优化资源配置和提高运营效率提供政策依据。方法:利用DEA对哈尔滨市2012年101家社区卫生服务中心的数据进行分析,对其效率进行评价。结果:哈尔滨市101家社区卫生服务中心平均技术效率为0.737,其中低于0.70的占46.53%,介于0.70~0.90之间的占30.69%,高于0.9的占22.77%。结论:哈尔滨市社区卫生服务中心的服务能力有待提高。Objective:Data envelopment analysis(DEA) was used to make the efficiency evaluation of community health service cen-ter of Harbin,in order to provide policy basis for optimizing the resource allocation of Harbin community health service center and im-proving operation efficiency.Methods:DEA was used to analyze the data of 101 conmunity health service centers in Harbin in 2012 and the efficiency was evaluated.Results:In Harbin,the average technical efficiency of 101 community health service centers was0.737,the centers lower than 0.70 accounted for 46.53%,the centers between 0.70 and 0.90 accounted for 30.69%,the centersabove 0.9 accounted for 22.77%.Conclusion:The service capacity of community health service centers in Harbin needed to be im-proved.
