Effects of Organic-inorganic Mixed Fertilizer Made by Biogas Residue on Soil Nutrients and Enzyme Activities

摘  要:通过盆栽试验研究了不同沼渣有机无机复混肥对土壤养分及酶活性的影响。结果表明:与无机肥处理相比,沼渣有机无机复混肥处理土壤有机质、全氮和有效磷含量分别提高了12.4%~26.3%、0.1%~10.3%、10.1%~30.1%,且以秸秆沼渣有机无机复混肥效果较好。有机肥处理对提高土壤过氧化氢酶活性效果显著,而沼渣有机无机复混肥处理对提高土壤脲酶活性效果较好。A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different organic-inorganic mixed fertilizers prepared with different biogas residues on soil nutrients and enzyme activities. The results showed that compared with inorganic fertilizer, the contents of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, and available phosphorus in the treatments of organic-inorganic mixed fertilizers made by different biogas residues increased 12.4% ~ 26.3%, 0.1% ~ 10.3%, and10.1% ~ 30.1%, respectively. The organic-inorganic mixed fertilizers made by straw biogas residue were better than by pig manure biogas residue. Organic fertilizers significantly increased the activities of soil catalase and the organic-inorganic mixed fertilizers made by biogas residues were better for increasing the activity of soil urease.
