摘 要:以聚苯乙烯白球为基体,设计含4-乙烯基吡啶为单体的共辐照接枝体系,一步法合成了一种弱碱性的阴离子交换树脂,分别考察了单体浓度以及辐照剂量对于接枝率的影响。在静态吸附实验中,分别考察了溶液酸度、吸附时间、吸附温度等对树脂吸附铼离子性能的影响。结果表明,当HNO3浓度为0.02mol/L时,吸附效率最高;树脂的吸附效率几乎不受吸附温度的影响;由Langmuir公式模拟所得的理论最大饱和吸附容量为84.1mg/g。在静态解吸实验中,无机盐硫氰酸钾以及无盐有机还原剂二乙基羟胺均对吸附后的铼离子表现出良好的还原解吸性能,最高解吸率达97%。Through simultaneous irradiation grafting method, weak-basic anion exchange resin was successfully prepared by simply grafting 4-vinyl pyridine onto polystyrene microsphere. The effects of monomer concentration and radiation dose on grafting yield were investigated. In batch-wise experiments, adsorption efficiency was maximized when the concentration of HNO3 was 0.02mol/L and adsorption efficiency was not affected by temperature. Adsorption was well described by Langmuir isotherm adsorption model and the theoretically maximum adsorption capacity was 84.1mg/g. Rhenium ions adsorbed on anion exchange resins could be eluted by reductive eluents, including potassium thiocyanate, potassium iodide and N,N-diethylhydroxylamine, with the maximum elution efficiency of 97%.
