摘  要:Al3+和Fe3+都是易水解的离子,通过控制盐基度将它们聚合起来时,溶液才具有一定的稳定性。盐基度决定分子量的大小,提高盐基度也提高了分子量。絮凝效果与分子量密切相关,具有一定分子量的絮凝剂才能具有比较好的絮凝效果。当分子量过高时,絮凝效果反而下降,这可能是分子量过大时导致絮凝剂消耗量的提高。Fe3+含量的提高,盐基度将会降低,只有Al3+/Fe3+摩尔比大于2:1时,盐基度才能控制一个较高的范围。Aluminum ions and ferric ions were easily hydrolyzed, so it was very important to control the basicity for maintaining the stability of solution containing aluminum ions and ferric ions during polymerization. The molecular weight depended on basicity so that the molecular weight increased with increase of basicity. Furthermore, flocculation had closely relationship with the molecular weight of flocculant. However, when the molecular weight of flocculant was too high, the consumption of flocculant was increased and the flocculating effect decreased. Basicity, which will decrease at higher concentration of ferric ions, can be controlled within a higher range when the molar ratio of aluminum ions to ferric ions was greater than 2:1.
