中国农村公共产品供给新趋势——基于新供给经济学的视角

摘　　要：本文从新供给经济学视角,对农村公共产品供给目标、决策机制、供给结构、供给模式和供给绩效评价等供给效率基本问题展开研究。研究发现,伴随着中国经济社会体制的转型,农村公共产品供给进入供给效率目标多重化、供给决策机制灵活化、供给结构丰富化、供给模式多样化的新常态,并呈现出供给绩效评价精细化新趋势。为此提出,必须全面深化中国农村公共产品供给改革,以提高农村公共产品供给效率。In this paper,New supply economics perspective,this article on the rural public products supply targets,decision- making mechanism,the structure of the supply,supply mode and the supply efficiency of basic problems such as the performance evaluation of supply. Study found that,along with the transformation of China's economic and social system,the rural public product supply into the supply efficiency target multiple supply decision- making mechanism,flexible,enrichment supply structure,diversified new normal supply mode,and presents the performance evaluation of supply of fine new trend. This paper,it is necessary to comprehensively deepen the reform of rural public goods supply,in order to improve the efficiency of rural public goods supply.
