摘　　要：黑夜小说是美国当代著名作家杜鲁门·卡波特于20世纪40年代创造的一种小说类型,表现了现代人的异化心理。小说通过一系列黑夜型意象,侧面烘托出人物内心世界的孤独和恐惧。塑造了黑夜型人物形象,即幽灵式人物:这些人物要么真实存在,要么存在于主人公的潜意识中,两种情况均表现出人物的内心异化。另外,小说还运用了黑夜型叙事策略,即循环式叙事,这种叙事导致了言有尽而意无穷的讲述效果,进一步凸显了人物内心的异化程度。Nocturnal novel was a kind of novel written by the famous contemporary American writer Truman Capote in the 1940 s,which reflected a series of psychological alienation of modern people.Through a series of images,the novels showed the loneliness and fear of people.And there was a kind of nocturnal characters——spectral characters in the novel.These characters were either in reality or in the thought of protagonists.The two types of spectral characters reflected the psychological alienation.In addition,Truman Capote used circular narration in the novels,which was meaningful and strengthened the psychological alienation.
