摘  要:为了解决黄心春结球大白菜杂种优势利用上的杂交制种手段问题,设计定向转育方案,以核基因雄性不育系复等位基因遗传的大白菜SD07为不育源,采用连续回交转育性状,同时测交筛选不育基因型的方法,向黄心春结球大白菜自交系03S01中转育雄性不育基因,育成了具有100%不育株率和100%不育度的黄心春结球大白菜核基因雄性不育系GMS4-1,实现了不育性与园艺学性状的同时转育。用GMS4-1配制的黄心大白菜杂交组合整齐一致,耐抽薹能力强。In order to improve the hybrid seed production in utilizing hybrid vigor of yellow heart spring Chinese Cabbage, a directional transfer program was designed by using multiple allele inherited genetic male sterile line SD07 as a source of male sterility, and recurrent backcrossing was employed to transfer botanical traits, while the genotype was identified through test cross.Following the procedure, the male sterile gene was transferred to the inbred line 03S01 of yellow heart spring Chinese cabbage.Results showed that a new male sterile line GMS4-1with 100% male sterility was bred. GMS4-1as the female parent, the excellent hybridized combination was much better than the check in regularity and bolting tolerance. The male sterility and other horticultural characteristics in yellow heart spring Chinese cabbage could be transferred simultaneously based on the method designed in the research.
