摘 要:为了探究乙醇中添加Fe2+或Mn2+对土壤生物消毒效果的影响,完善低浓度乙醇溶液土壤消毒的工艺参数,为乙醇溶液消毒土壤应用于实际生产提供理论依据和技术支持。采用密封塑料瓶模拟耕层土壤的方式,以接种尖孢镰刀菌的土壤为研究对象,3%乙醇溶液消毒土壤为对照,研究添加质量比为0.001%、0.010%、0.100%的Fe2+或Mn2+的3%乙醇溶液对土壤中尖孢镰刀菌的数量、杀灭率的影响。结果表明:添加Fe2+的3%乙醇溶液消毒效果改善,其中以添加Fe2+浓度为0.001%的3%乙醇溶液效果最好,在处理11d后杀灭率达到97.95%,且与对照组存在显著差异;添加Mn2+的3%乙醇溶液消毒效果也有所改善,其中以添加Mn2+浓度为0.100%的3%乙醇溶液效果最好,在处理11d后杀灭率达到98.74%,且与对照组存在显著差异。说明在实际生产中采用添加0.001%Fe2+的3%乙醇溶液进行土壤生物消毒即可达到显著的杀菌效果,并改善土壤环境。Ethanol as a new kind of material used in biological soil disinfection is attracting more and more attention in these years.In this study, the impact of ethanol combined with Fe2 +or Mn2 +on the biological soil disinfection effect were explored.Expecting the process parameters using the low concentration of ethanol solution to disinfect soil could be improved. Therefore,theoretical basis and technical support would be provided for actual production. Sealed plastic bottles filled with soil were used to simulate the topsoil. Fusarium oxysporum was chosen as the research object, the effects of biological soil disinfection using 3%ethanol was selected as a control in the experiment. In order to study the effects of biological soil disinfection using ethanol solution separately combined with concentration of 0.001%, 0.010%, 0.100% Fe2+or Mn2+. Residual amount of Fusarium oxysporum in the soil and the killing rate were determin to measure the effect of the biological soil disinfection. The effect of biological soil disinfection using 3% ethanol solution with Fe2+had been improved, and the effect of ethanol solution combined with 0.001% of Fe2+was the best one. The killing rate reached 97.95% after treated for 11 days, and a significant difference had been found as compared to the control group within this treatment. The effect of biological soil disinfection using 3% ethanol solution with Mn2+also had been improved, and the effect of ethanol solution with 0.100% of Mn2+is the best one. The killing rate reached 98.74%after treated for 11 days, and a significant difference had been found. As compared to the control group, 3% ethanol solution adding with 0.001% Fe2+could achieve significant bactericidal effect in actual production and improve the soil environment.
